i require some assistance please.
i hope to marry my fiance while travelling in Italy this august.
The local Italian consulate is of minimal help.
I need to contact the local authorities, magistrate (????????) to set up a civil service for the wedding. We will be able to do other paerwork before we come to Italy.
We would like to do this in northern Italy.
