Does anyone know the status of the Lemmings Videotape from NRGB 00'? Is it finished? Has anyone received their copy yet? Etc.

Nope ... didn't get mine yet !
I'm guessing it's just a monster to edit and
complete and that's what's taking so long.
But.....I'll confess .. I have been running
home to check the mailbox like a kid runs down
the stairs to check under the xmas tree !:-)

Nope...I have no idea where it is. Last I heard it was going to be shipped by Thanksgiving. I received a Red Card soliciting more sales but never got the tape ordered at the bridge.

Is Will O.K.? He is usually very responsive to e-mails, the Baseboard, and keeps up to date with the status of the video on his web page. I hope all is well.

No #####...I was hoping to give this to a friend for Christmas who had popped her cherry at NBRG this year. What is up with thevideo? Does anyone have a clue? Will, your going to get a lump of coal in your stocking if you don't reply.

Not only has Will not responded to any of this, his web site is not responding either. He had better be dead or seriously hurt, if not this is really bad way to treat your loyal following. Perhaps someone should pay him a visit in person...my uncle Guido & Mario are looking for an excuse to break someones neck.

I sent Will a check 2 months ago for his "Best Of" tape. He cashed my check and sent an Auto-response saying he would be out of town till 12/04 at least. Obviously the problem isn't in the editing. Anybody have his phone number?

I don't think anyone comments are meant to be a malicious and should be taken in jest. In fact, several of the comments show genuine concern about his well being. I am sure everyone is just overly anxious to get there hands on the latest addition to the Lemmings saga. :-)

My concern is that checks were cashed the week after the bridge. Not to bash anyone but it would be nice to have some status considering it has been eight weeks since bridge and seven weeks after our checks cleared. Delays are fine but an update would be nice.

not to mention the fact that those of us who ordered at bridge day were promised the video by thanksgiving. good customer service and common courtesy would have necessitated a status post, or new eta. if he's healthy good. if he's on vacation, great. when paying customers are kept guessing about whether theyve been stiffed or not, theres a problem. and its not the nature or number of posts thats the problem or which is open to criticism. thanks...

We'll... I am leaving for Boston tomorrow A.M. and it does not look like I am going to be able to show friends and family the highlights of this years NRGB trip. It sure would have been nice to have it but Will is MIA and with that, so is the video. Maybe next year when I am home I'll be able to show them the 2000 video. :-( Fortunately I have some other decent footage from other flicks this year but none as fun to watch for the "wuffo" as the Lemmings tape.

With regards to the numerous postings regarding the NRGBD 2000 videos, I would like to add the following.
I sincerely hope that nothing sinister has befallen Mr Forshay, but if some accident had occurred, I am certain that (considering the closeness of the basejumping community) we would all know about it by now. If he is still on vacation as others have suggested, that is all well and good. However, Mr Forshay took monies in consideration for a service which he promised, but has not provided. I find this to be not only inconsiderate, but unprofessional.
The matter is compounded by his failure to respond to anyone's inquiries. In my mind, this silence is inexcusable. Does anyone share my thoughts?

Good news for we "Lemmings" starved fans. Will is back and making every effort to get the tapes out ASAP. Apparently he was unavoidably detained with a work assignment. According to his auto-reply the anticipated shipping date will be 1/20. So we should be able to get our Lemmings fix before Valentines Day... to keep with the Holiday references. :-)
