I do not believe anyone has received a copy of the video and I feel we have been more than tolerant of Mr. Forshay’s silence. I would like to start a private thread and try to determine how may people are out there that are waiting for this video, or any others for that matter.

To avoid bogging down this server, reply here with a brief acknowledgement but send an additional email directly to me. Include your name, contact number, what you had purchased, and a brief note on what was promised and when. If there is enough interest, enough money at stake, and a consensus opinion to go down this route, then we can consider taking legal action.

I have an attorney friend who has been following these threads and thinks we are well into a small claims suite and if there is enough money at stake, possibly more. E.g. 400 customers @(50.00 ea.) = $20,000.00 claim but that's assuming 400 people bought a copy of Lemmings 2K. Also, if you know people who may have purchased this video but do not have email, try to get there information as well.

My email: tdicola@earthlink.net

All we really wanted was some feedback from Will but I'll be more than happy to force a response this way.

If you want to take legal action against Will that's fine and it's your prerogative but take it off the base board.

The base board is supposed to be constructive for the sport of base not destructive against it members.

Safe Jumping

ps. And no I don't condone what Will has done, but this is not the place to pursue this issue.

Perhaps you did not read my the first message in this thread, "To avoid bogging down this server, reply here with a brief acknowledgement but send an additional email directly to me."

Also, there is other non-BASE related banter here that has much less significance than someone who has so has greatly misrepresented the BASE community with this incident. Especially considering the fact that most his clients are obviously entry level or first time flickers. At NRGB his booth is right next to Blinc Magazine, BR, CR, Vertigo and many other very reputable business that cater to BASE jumping and all seem to have excellent customer satisfaction (At least in my experiences), unlike Mr. Forshay. Christ, my new rigs didn't take 4 months for delivery!

Back off and let people respond without fear of ridicule…If we got a response from Will this would all be over!
