Where is the best place to get to if going to Kjerag. I was thinking Oslo or Stavanger. How long is the drive from both. Where do you go once you get there to get a group together for jumps? I was planning on being in Norway about a week in either June or August.

Oslo will take you forever. You can go to Stavanger or Kristiansand, I've done both and think they're about the same distance. If it's your first trip I'd recomend going to Stavanger and taking the ferry to Lysebotn since it takes you straight there and the scenery down the fyord is pretty amazing.
