I use an Altimaster III on my hand mount. This is quite cumbersome as I have to turn my arm from flight position just to see where I am at. Does anyone have any suggestions on placement? What about just below the harness rings on the mudflap?
Any connector kits to suggest?

I put the rubber ring through my index and second finger then tighten the velcro tightly
with the strap on the side of my wrist. The alt.
sits there nicely and I need only to turn my
head to see it. It must be tight or it will flop around a little, but it works great for me.

Yo !

Generally i don't use an altimeter, but since i bought Freestyle alti watch i look at it once in a while. I have to move my wrist slightly but it doesn't affect the flight and the watch doesn't get in a way. I think Freestyle and Suunto watches are a great replacement for regular skydiving altimeters on any jumps.

bsbd!
