X-games & IPBC

Whats the latest on the X-games covering the IBPC ? Have they been contacted lately? I was think about sending them a letter, think this would help?

What has been the latest word from them about covering our sport ? Atleast this way I could phrase my letter to better suit there attitude toward the sport.

I hope and pray this never happens! The more the public becomes aware of our activities, the more sites will be closed and/or more secure. I can see it now....the owner of a few tall towers in my area, just sitting down for a TV break after work. Flips a few channels, stops the remote to watch some x-games base action. Starts to think to himself..."hey, my towers are sort of tall...I wonder if..." Enter a new fence and a posted guard.
Public awareness is the real enemy. Do it for yourself, not to be some big shot extreme-geek.

I appreciate your opinion. I do see your point. I always heard that the IPBC was attempt to get the sport into the public light? Is this incorrect?

I would like to hear from some of the IPBC organizers? So, do they we as a community want to limit our exposure?

I was just curious what IPBC and CJAA are attempting to do for our sport or Is it just a private organization inside our BASE community?
