Any legal eagles out there know what the statutes say and why? Assuming these are local laws... how did Perrine "get legal?" If anyone has the story, I'd like to hear it. How does NRGB get legal for a day? Would be curious to know how to go about making certain Ss legal... (not that I don't love stealth!)
