Bridge Day Slot For Sale

Just so everyone knows, on September 1st, I was required to submit the final jumper list to the Sheriff for background checks. The Sheriff wasn't too thrilled last year with all the last minute background checks for the folks who showed up at the Holiday Inn, so this year September 1st was the deadline. I can't add anyone else. That is also why there are no refunds if you cancel your slot after Aug 15th (I can't replace you after that and last year we had 30-35 last minute refunds to process).

HOWEVER, according to a new rule by the Sheriff, anyone who has previously been through a background check (Bday 2002/2003) does not have to be resubmitted each year. Therefore, THE ONLY WAY I can swap out jumpers is if the new jumper was at Bday 2002.

Does this sound odd? That's because it is.

So OGG, tell your boss to "take this job and shove it" and come to Bridge Day 2003!!!!!!
