Just opened a new A,its 300ft but can be jumped from 200ft aswell.
As i went up there today i had video on,which got "scrambled" each time i had my head in a possition that were close to the transmitter.
I know the A is sending out signals to cell phones, now how much should i be aware of this?Should i rather jump it from 200ft,were there probaly wont be that much radiation?
Its an A that gives great visuals so it would be tough to let it stand there whith no compagni

Thanks

Hello,
I have never been a big fan of Antenna jumps.
This is from watching the video from my first A jumps.
There were TV shows fading in and out of the video.
Of my more than 100 objects,
I have 10 jumps from 7 A's, and 2 of them were abandoned.
Radiation is not the only thing I don't like about them,
of course if that's all a guy has to jump......
he must be living in Florida
:o

i realy has the same problem as im still a newbie and on my own(only one in my region).

I were just amased/scared to see how much we were talking here,it never were thart way on my regular jumped A,but then again as i like slideroff jumps i never climb it 1000ft to the top.Ill need to pass 2 dishes on the way up.i plan my climb so i never stop near them..(edit: i only need to pass 2 dishes when i jump slider off,not if i go to the top, were i were only once..)
