here's a scenario:
ho hummm, climbing the building pretty casually with my new gloves that have the gecko mimicking adhesive, get about 300' or so, and you somehow slip, or have to jump, or otherwise find yourself in freefall.
You reach for your PC, grab it, throw it, throw it, throw it...ouch.
