Does anyone know how the Mexican National Park system feels about BASE? Or if they are even really aware of it?
Is the Cave in a park at all, or does it have some other status?
I'm not really thinking about the Cave, but I am thinking of a little run for the border.
Does anyone have experience jumping in Mexico? Can you give me any advice?

Honestly id be surprised if mexico had a national park system. Ive done a lot of traveling in central and south america, and i can assure if they actually even care, a bribe will open every door in this place, i promise you. Dont for gods sake look like you care (or any third world country will scent "money") and then play stupid if caught. At best a bribe will clear you. I was in egypt once and a little baksheesh bought me taxi driver and soldier ground crew while also allowing me to climb the pyramids (in the morning). I do know that there are awesome (low) cliffs on the texas mexico border (mexico side) but the border patrol (night vision) can be a problem if youre right on the border. Careful of the rural mountainous areas in farm community mexico; people have vanished here...
