Hello everyone -

I just received my new Perigee Pro and Mojo 280 - man am I impressed!

Marty Tilley has been working with Adam for the last year and his attention to detail really shows. He's a true craftsmen - thanks Marty!

The quality and workmanship of the Perigee Pro is unparalleled. By far, it is the cleanest looking rig I have ever seen.

but still thoroughly inspect your equipment.

i have seen reserves with significant problems.

I have seen a BASE canopy straight from the manufacturer that that didn't have a rib crossported.

Inspect your equipment when it arrives from the
manufacturer!

Your absolutely right!

I've already given it a "stitch-by-stich" inspection.

CR recommends skydiving a new canopy prior to taking it on a BASE jump. Sure, they're confident in their product. But it's much better to prove something first before taking it into the demanding envioronment that BASE provides.

Too Bad that the new Mojo are going too fast at the opening. Lots of problem in Europe with that.

I received a perigee II a couple of weeks ago - and I've had to have the hook velcro replaced before I could jump it - my rigger reckons it had the cheapest velcro he had seen. NOT IMPRESSED!

I would have sent you this directly if you had not chosen to post anonymously.

First and foremost I want to reiterate to you that all of our products are completly guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied with anything we sell, I encourage you to contact us and I will do everything in my power to rectify the situation. If we had any idea that you were dissatisfied, you would not have had to bring your gear to another rigger.

This is a policy I have maintained since CR's inception in 1988 and it is well known that we support everything we sell.

So if you are unhappy with your new rig, please contact me and explain the situation and I will enure it is promptly rectified to your satisfaction.

Furhermore, we use only Velcro brand Velcro. We even specify a particular grade within their line. It is, in fact, the highest grade of Velcro available. This is the same product we have used for over 10 years. If for some reason yours is below par, I would like to know about it, as I'm sure, would 3M (the manufacturer).
