Grain silo

Would a grain silo be considered a B or an other?

is this grain silo in the middle of a cornfield? or is it in a heavily populated, traffic congested, bustling downtown environment with cops circling the block?

I say "O" for other.

While it may be true that the wind flows around it rather than over or through it, it is not habitable and I'd bet it's not downtown - which definitely changes the view from the top and the relative pucker factor.
