NEW YORK CITY - For the second time on Thursday, a man scaled the New York Times building without a rope or any safety equipment. A French climber scaled the tower earlier Thursday, in an attempt to draw attention to global warming. Alain Robert, from Paris, started at the ground and climbed the building floor-by-floor -- an easy climb considering the fact that there are plenty of foot and hand "holds." ........more in the link above. -C. |
